232 Educators from West African Countries Pass Peace Education Program
South Seoul - HWPL Peace Development Forum held the Graduation of Peace Educator Empowerment Training in West Africa.
This event was organized by involving 232 peace education graduates from Ghana, Nigeria, and Cameroon. This online event is a congratulation to those who have completed the Peace Educator Empowerment Training.
The graduates will undertake peace education in their respective countries.
The Peace Educator Empowerment Training runs from May 8 to June 19, 2021 and graduates from various classes, including civic groups, universities, and educational institutions, are those who complete peace education simulations and pass online tests in the course.
The host of this event is, Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL), which was founded in 2013.
HWPL is an international peace NGO working globally to bring about peace and an end to war, a common goal of the global community.
HWPL is associated with the United Nations Department of Global Communications (DGC) and is in Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).

The event started with an opening speech from Mr. Jeong Hoi Hyeon, Chief Branch Manager of HWPL Southern Seoul & Gyeonggi Branch, followed by a congratulatory speech by Amb (Dr) Martin Ihoeghian Uhomoibi, President and Founder of the Pan-African Institute for Global Affairs and Strategy (PAIGAS), a presentation on the impressions of graduates who excellent information about education, and the history of the West African Peace Initiative.
